Everything, the staff is very polite and respectful.

They must improve the wifi/internet connection across the hotel and every floor. It is not bad, but it could be better :)

Well equipped gym, flexible in opening hours upon request. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We left items behind and they were incredibly supportive to help us find it and send it back our way.

This is my second time at this property and they deliver consistently. Staff is great, location is great, and the rooms are great. I didn't have any problems during my stay.
Areas for improvement:
There was construction going on in a nearby building, which bothered my sleep early in the morning. The final price could have been a bit more competitive (I've paid less for similarly branded hotels)...

From a 4 star hotel at 150€ per night (during the day of the dead week) I had expected a room where the toilet, shower, and sink drain well and where the shower head does not sprinkle in weird angles ...
